Return Policy For Books
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date of purchase to return your item(s) on non-final sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused and undamaged and the package must be received by us before the 30 day period is up. If the postmarked date on your return package is past the 30 day limit and you still choose to send your item(s) to us you do so acknowledging that you are returning items that are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, personalized books/signed books and customized print on demand items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you choose to return items that are an exception / non-returnable, you do so acknowledging that you will not receive a refund, nor will we be held responsible for any shipping fees you incur shipping non-refundable items back to us.

Your item(s) must be shipped back to me using a trackable service, otherwise, I can not guarantee a refund. I highly recommend USPS Media Mail for returns within the United States fas that is the most economical and provides free tracking and delivery confirmation. You must include your name and order number in the return package in order to be eligible for return/refund.
Refunds
Once your item(s) are received back within the allotted time frame and are confirmed undamaged, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have processed it.
Items that are received back damaged are not eligible for refund.
Return Policy For Online Courses and Reprogramming Meditations
Because you receive full access to all course materials upon purchase, course and meditation purchases are non-refundable.
Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly Subscription
Your monthly app subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further payments will be charged, and access to Reclaim will automatically end when your current billing cycle expires.
Because your subscription remains available for the full billing period you've already paid for, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
Annual Subscription
Your annual app subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current annual subscription term, and you will not be charged for the following year.
As the annual subscription includes a discounted rate equivalent to two months free, annual subscription payments are non-refundable, whether cancelled during the subscription period or not.
Free Trials & Promotional Offers
If Reclaim offers a free trial or promotional pricing in the future, any applicable terms and conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Subscriptions purchased directly through our website can be managed through your Reclaim account.
