Are you watching your kids crumble at the hands of the insidious impacts of Narcissistic abuse? You're not alone.
Narcissistic Abuse is incredibly complicated and is often done in secret, so not only are kids left feeling broken, but also not seen or believed. It can make them feel incredibly alone, and leads to all sorts of complicated feelings and behaviors. They live in a state of constant trauma, that no one else can see and many don't understand. So supporting them through it is incredibly difficult for the stable parent.
For years I watched as my kids were broken down, becoming mere shells of their former selves. Out of that struggle, came these children's books that have helped my kids and are now helping kids and parents all over the world gain hope through the helplessness.

My books are written from a neutral parent perspective. They never label mom or dad as the “bad parent.” Instead, they focus on helping children recognize their feelings, trust their inner voice, and build resilience no matter which parent may be creating challenges.
I hear you… it’s incredibly important that your child doesn’t feel like the books are “taking sides.” And it’s important for stable parents to steer clear of looking like they are alienating the other parent. These books are carefully designed to work in any family dynamic, whether the narcissistic behavior is coming from a mom, a dad, or another caregiver.
Many families in similar situations have found the books especially helpful because they:
Give kids safe language to talk about confusing emotions.
Empower them with boundaries and confidence without pointing blame.
Offer comfort and hope that they’re not alone, and that they are deeply valued.
I truly believe these books will give your child strength and reassurance… and peace of mind for you.
Are these books written from a neutral parent perspective or are they written from a mom perspective with dad being the narcissist? In our home, mom is the narcissist and I cannot buy books that only show dads as being the bad parent.
